Students of LLB 5th semester of Rajiv Gandhi Government Post Graduate College, Ambikapur, being dissatisfied with the results of the examination of LLB 4th semester, locked the entrance of the college. Slogans were raised against the management. The students alleged that there was a power failure during the examination of three question papers. The management was informed about the problem and a demand was made to give bonus points. The management was aware of the fact that classes for one subject were held only for six days in the entire session, but instead of solving the problems of the students, the management declared the results arbitrarily.
In fact, in the results of LLB 4th semester examination, more than half of the students have been failed. Due to this, the angry students first tried to present their views before the college management, but due to the absence of any responsible officer, no hearing took place. In his absence, the main gate of the college was locked and slogans were raised against the college management, the Head of the Law Department and the Autonomous Department. After this, the Principal of the college, Dr. Rizwan Ullah, was arrested in front of the students. Had to come. The students alleged that they alone were responsible for the disorganization and frequent disputes in the law department.
