Divyansh Singh Chauhan, 26, from Pendra, secured 7th rank in the PSC exam 2023. His dream was to become an officer after seeing officers during his school days. After studying engineering, he started preparing for PSC and worked hard by staying at home for two years. Earlier got 138th rank in 2021 and 225th rank in 2022, but posting was not done.
Divyansh Singh Chauhan, 26, of Pendra, not only got the fruits of his hard work by securing 7th rank in the PSC exam 2023, but also fulfilled his dream. This dream of his had blossomed in his childhood itself when he would see government officials coming to inspect his parents’ school. The working style and impressive personality of these officers also inspired them to become officers.
Both of Divyansh’s parents are teachers, and that is why he understood the importance of education very well. After studying till 12th in Pendra, he obtained an engineering degree from Shankaracharya College, Raipur. After studying engineering, his attention turned towards administrative services, and he started preparing for PSC.
hard work at home
First of all, he started his preparation from coaching classes in Bilaspur, but when he realized that he could concentrate more at home, he put in all his hard work while staying at home. In the first year 2021, Divyansh got 138th rank, then in 2022 he got 225th rank. Although he could not get the posting, he refused to give up and continued his efforts.
Finally, his hard work paid off in 2023, when he secured 7th rank in the PSC exam. His next goal is to become a Deputy Collector, and he is fully committed in this direction. His family is also very excited about his goal and wants Divyansh to work on the same post. Along with Divyansh, his sister Jyotsna Chauhan is also preparing for competitive exams.
