Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has finalized the outline for the organizational elections. In Chhattisgarh, these elections will be held from 1 to 15 December at the divisional level and from 15 to 30 December at the district level. Before this, an important meeting will be held on November 30, in which organizational issues and the election process will be discussed.
BJP has received guidelines in the review meeting of membership campaign held in Delhi. It was told in the meeting that under the membership campaign in Chhattisgarh, out of the target of 60 lakh members, 53 lakh members have been made. According to party sources, the success of the membership drive will decide the future of the party leaders. In the upcoming civic elections, only those leaders will be given importance, who have performed excellently in the campaign.
Veteran leaders attended the meeting
Many senior leaders were present in the meeting, including regional organization general secretary Ajay Jamwal, state president Kiran Singhdev, state in-charge Nitin Nabin, state organization general secretary Pawan Sai, national vice president Saroj Pandey, and MLA Lata Usendi.
Statistics of membership campaign at national level
National in-charge of membership campaign and National General Secretary of BJP Vinod Tawde shared the figures related to membership. According to him, BJP has 11 crore 96 lakh 16 thousand 392 members across the country, while there are 7 lakh 8 thousand 29 active members. National General Secretary Dushyant Gautam and national election in-charge Dr. K. were present in the meeting. Laxman also expressed his views.
Information on state organization elections
BJP State General Secretary Sanjay Srivastava said that the organization elections at the state level will start from December 1 and will continue for the entire month. The number of active members in Chhattisgarh is 52,110. It was also decided in the meeting that all necessary instructions would be issued to start the organization election process soon.

It has become clear that leaders who perform better in the membership campaign will be given priority in the organization. This will not only strengthen the organization but will also decide the party’s strategy in the upcoming elections.
