Advocates mobilized the bail plea filed by accused Nasim Bano. While the bail plea of the accused was rejected from the third Additional Sessions Court, he has also been removed from the post from Adarsh College.

The notice was issued by the college principal to the accused guest scholar only after the case came to light. Correspondence is also being done to cancel the service of the accused along with the cancellation of the service contract.
The lawyers in the court also opposed the bail plea, saying that such an act of an educated woman is anti -religion and country. He argued that getting bail will send a wrong message in the society.
