MP Palvasha Mohammad Jai Khan, who belongs to Pakistan’s opposition party PPP, has given a very controversial statement on the internal sovereignty of Ayodhya and India.
Palvasha said, the first brick of rebuilding Babri Masjid will be kept by Pakistani Army personnel and the first Ajan will give Pakistan Army Chief General Asim Munir. This statement has created a new controversy amidst the ongoing tension in Indo-Pak relations.
Palvasha is an MP from Punjab seat from Pakistan People’s Party (PPP). Recently, PPP President Bilawal Bhutto Zardari made a provocative statement against India.
‘We don’t wear bangles’
Palvasha Khan further said in the statement, we do not wear bangles. Will answer when the time comes. His statement is not only a comment on the Indian Army and sensitive religious issues, but it is also considered to be an attempt from Pakistan.
Khalistani terrorist Pannu praised
Palvasha Mohammad Zai Khan also praised Khalistani supporter Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, who was declared a terrorist by India in his speech. He described Pannu as an ‘courageous voice’ and advocated him.
Gurpatwant Singh Pannu has been declared a terrorist by the Government of India under the UAPA (prevention of illegal activities Act) and its activities are considered to be a direct threat to India’s integrity and peace.
PAK leaders trying to spread hatred
There is no official response to this statement from the Government of India at present, but in diplomatic circles it is being given an example of a serious provocation.
