Swigg’s CEO Mr. Rohit Kapoor’s Ki-Note Session

Earlier, the day started with the Ki-Note Speaker Session of Mr. Rohit Kapoor, CEO of Swiggi Company in which he gave many tips of success while talking to the youth.

No work is bad, it’s not bad to do
In his statement, he told the youth that some work is good, some work should come out of this mindset. People in India do not want to see their child working in a hotel, but when the child goes to study abroad and works in Mac Donalds for expenses, parents have no problem while Mac D is a small hotel there. Therefore, one should come out of the mentality of good and bad about work because no work is bad, it is bad. At the same time, he also appealed to the parents that if the children want to do something good, then give them freedom and cooperate.

Do not get caught in 6 inch screen
Rohit Kapoor warned on the use of growing mobiles in the youth and said that do not get caught in this 6 -inch screen and work hard. Even if you use it, do it to get knowledge because today the best knowledge of the world is also available for free. If you are sitting anywhere in the world, if you have internet, then you have an equal appearation. Do not use it to see the reel.

“You are the average of 5 peepal around you”
Talking about the effect of friendship and company in life in his statement, Rohit Kapoor said that every person has five people around him. It is formed as they are. If Sangat or friendship is in very good people, then you go on progress. Here good people do not refer to Elite or older people, but from people who have a passion for learning and doing something, who are disciplined and understand the value of time. Such people themselves move forward and carry forward the people around them with knowledge, experience and influence.

Top up AI and new skills in your education
Rohit Kapoor spoke of top up AI and other skills with his traditional education to get success in career and continue to move forward. He said that things are changing rapidly in the world of technology today. From the experience of the place where I am working, I say one thing to everyone to learn AI tools every month. They will keep you a priority in your career. Apart from this, keep learning new skills continuously, it is necessary for success.

Always keep these five things in mind
– No big is better than you (no one better than you)
– Choose your five friends from yourself
– Do not miss anyone completely keeping in mind the country, society, family, work and self – all. When you become something, then start returning to society and country.
– Try to be the best in one thing
– Nothing is impossible
