Literary honor will be honored with Jnanpith Award Vinod Kumar Shukla, CM Sai said – talk of pride for Chhattisgarh

Eminent Hindi poet and narrator Vinod Kumar Shukla will be awarded the literary honor Jnanpith Award. The Jnanpith Committee announced this in New Delhi today. He will be the first litterateur of Chhattisgarh to get this honor. State Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has congratulated him. He said that it is a matter of pride for Chhattisgarh.

Vinod Kumar Shukla was born on 1 January 1937 in Rajnandgaon. At present, they live in Raipur. They have been writing for the last 50 years. His first poem “Almost Jaihind” was published in 1971 and since then his writing had made its own place in the literary world.

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai congratulated poet Vinod Kumar Shukla on being honored with the Jnanpith Award.
