A similar case has happened with Sanjay Maske, Chief Engineer of Bhopal Division of Public Works Department, for which now he has to give clarification. In fact, an alleged viral photo of PWD Chief Engineer Sanjay Maske with a female contractor has become a topic of discussion in the capital. Due to this viral photo, serious allegations have been made against Sanjay Maske and now he has to come to the rescue.
It has been alleged that a contract worth crores of rupees has been given to US Infra Project Company for the construction of roads in Narmadapuram. Bhopal resident Chandraveer Singh Bhati has complained to the CM and the PWD Minister. Chief Engineer Sanjay Maske filed a defamation claim of Rs 50 crore against the defamer.
At the same time, Chief Engineer Sanjay Maske has presented his side in this matter. He said that the photo has been tampered and made viral on social media. This has been done with the intention of defaming him. As far as awarding of contracts is concerned, no experience is required for tenders up to Rs 5 crore. Tender can be given to any contractor registered with PWD. He said that he has filed a defamation claim of Rs 50 crore against the person who defamed me.
