A review meeting of TL cases was held in the District Panchayat meeting room on Monday under the chairmanship of Collector Partha Jaiswal. District Panchayat CEO Tapasya Parihar, Assistant Collector Kajol Singh, Deputy Collector GS Patel, SDM, CEO and CMO of district and urban bodies and various departmental officers were present in the meeting.
In the meeting, Collector Shri Jaiswal, while reviewing the CM Helpline complaints, expressed his unhappiness over the progress of the Backward Classes Department in the grading of the month of November and directed to increase further progress. Besides, instructions were also given to the Revenue Department to increase the progress. Besides, instructions were given to the Health Department, School Education, Women and Child Development Department, Cooperative Department, Water Resources Department to quickly resolve the complaints pending for more than 50 days in the CM Helpline. Collector, CMO Maharajpur closed only 6 out of 25 complaints pending under the urban body, on which he expressed his displeasure and gave instructions for immediate resolution.
Collector Mr. Jaiswal directed to get the reports of pending complaints under CM and CS monitoring from the department within the time limit and upload them on the portal in which a case related to CMO Harpalpur was pending for a long time and issued a show cause notice. Gave instructions. Also asked to resolve the pending cases under PM Vishwakarma Yojana within the deadline this week.
Collector Shri Jaiswal directed to stop the salaries of the District Education Officer and Development Block Education Officer in relation to the payment of salaries for the first months of stipend autonation of newly appointed teachers under development block Lavkushanagar DDO. Also, after resolving the pending cases of encashment of earned leave of retired teachers, all the development blocks should resolve them and obtain certificates from the Education Officer.
The Collector directed District CEO Buxwaha, Bijawar, Rajnagar, Badamalhara and Lavkushnagar to conduct the survey work in 66 Gram Panchayats within the time limit under the Dharti Awa Tribe Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan and sent a proposal for suspension to the Commissioner for not conducting the survey work by CEO Buxwaha. Instructed to do so and in case 100% data is not received by Wednesday, instructions were given to send a proposal for suspension of the District Convenor Primitive Caste Tribal Department.
The Collector expressed his displeasure over the lack of targeted progress in the overall e-KYC for which he specifically directed CMO Chhatarpur, Naugaon, Harpalpur, Badamalhara, Gadhimalhara. Also reviewed power cuts of more than 4 hours, work under Jal Jeevan Mission, government and private wells.
While reviewing the Revenue Maha Abhiyan 3.0, all the SDMs were directed to complete the works of renaming, distribution, demarcation, record correction, map editing, ROR linking, former registry, PM Kisan Aadhaar seeding, ownership scheme by 15th December. While increasing the progress, the Collector directed to make Ayushman cards for beneficiaries above 70 years of age.
