To make women self-reliant in Chhattisgarh, a new scheme has been initiated by the State Gramin Bank. Under this scheme, women will become financially strong. State Finance Minister OP Choudhary has launched ‘Mahtari Shakti Loan Scheme’.
Finance Minister OP Choudhary has launched the Mahtari Shakti Loan Scheme from his residence office. State Gramin Bank Chairman Vinod Arora was also present on this occasion. On this occasion, the Finance Minister said that this scheme is an important step towards financially empowering mothers and sisters.
State Gramin Bank Chairman Arora said that women who have deposited the amount of Mahtari Vandan Yojana in the Gramin Bank, will be provided a loan of up to Rs 25 thousand for self-employment without any formality.
The objective of Mahtari Shakti Loan Scheme launched by State Rural Bank is to make women of rural areas self-reliant. Also to promote their economic empowerment. This scheme will not only provide financial help to women but will also help them in self-employment.
