Most wanted gangster Arsh Dalla granted bail by Canadian court on a personal bond of only 30 thousand dollars.

Canada
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s friendship with Khalistanis is once again in the news. The most wanted gangster of Indian security agencies, Arsh Dalla, has been granted bail by the Canadian court on a personal bond of only 30 thousand dollars. There are more than 70 cases registered against Arsh Dalla in India, in which many are accused of murder and involvement in terrorist activities. This decision has once again exposed the sympathy towards pro-Khalistan terrorists in Canada. Arsh Dalla, once a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, has now developed personal enmity with his old associates. The next hearing of this case will be on 24 February 2025. The Indian government was preparing to negotiate with Canada for the extradition of Arsh Dalla, but after getting bail from the court, the matter has become more complicated.

Arrest in Canada, then bail
Arsh Dalla, who was involved in terrorist activities in India, was arrested by the Canadian Police on 28 October 2024. He is the chief of Khalistan Tiger Force and is accused of inviting the youth of Punjab to Canada and involving them in terrorism. The police also found many high-tech weapons from him, from which the seriousness of his terrorist activities can be gauged. Arsh Dalla is accused of being active in murders and extortion cases in India and having contacts with Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI. Indian agencies want to bring him to India and investigate him in these cases.

Story of firing and arrest
On the night of 28 October 2024, a firing incident took place in Canada, in which Arsh Dalla was injured. According to sources, he was going in a car with his partner Gurjant Singh, when the gun kept in the car accidentally fired. The bullet hit Dalla’s right hand and he had to be admitted to the hospital. Later he was arrested. Dalla had told a false story to the police before his arrest, in which he had claimed that he had been attacked.
