In Janjgir-Champa district of Chhattisgarh, police arrested 5 people in an attempt to robbery case. NSUI city president Jitendra Dinkar is also included among the accused. A pistol and five cartridges have been recovered from them. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma’s statement has come out on this matter. He said that not only in Janjgir, wherever crimes have taken place, Congress’s involvement has been found.

What is the whole matter?
Actually, the incident took place on October 5 at around 2 am. Rahul Aggarwal, resident of Shyam Super Market, Pendry Road, heard the sound of the shop’s shutter being broken on Sunday night. When he came out with his father, he saw that three masked youths were trying to break the shutter. When the noise was raised, all three started trying to run away. This information was given to the police. On receiving the information, the police patrolling party went out on patrol. The police laid siege at some distance and caught the accused. Upon search, a pistol, five live cartridges, two iron crowbars and a bike were recovered from them.
Janjgir Nagar Police Superintendent Yogita Khaparde said that the police have arrested Manish Kumar Banwa, Chaitanya Dinkar, Hitesh Dinkar, Jitendra Dinkar and Tarun Suryabanshi. Jitendra Dinkar, who was caught by the police, is the Janjgir NSUI city president. The arrested accused told the police that they had purchased the pistol from Jitendra Dinkar and also provided cartridges. In this case, action has been taken under sections 331(4), 305(a), 310(4), 3(5), 312, 296, 351 BNS Arms Act 25 and sent to judicial custody.
