MLA from Kukshi in Dhar district and daughter -in -law of former Tourism Minister Surendra Singh Baghel has filed a case of dowry harassment against his family. Bahu also released a video in which she gave this information. The police have confirmed this. The police will give notice to the former minister and the accused members of his family on Tuesday. All cases of dowry harassment are bailable, so the accused will not be arrested. The police will send a notice and present the matter in the court.
The daughter -in -law alleges that the former minister and her family cheated her. He told that she was told that her husband is MBA pass and he handles the business of the family, but in reality he is only the eighth pass. This case has been registered at Mahila police station in Bhopal.
ACP Women’s Crime Nidhi Saxena said that Kamya Singh (husband Devendra Singh) has complained that MLA Surendra Singh Baghel, his wife Shilpa Singh Baghel, mother Chandrakumar Singh Baghel and sister Sheetal Singh Baghel together gave false information about her husband. Before marriage, it was reported that Devendra had done MBA and handles the business. But after marriage, it was found that he is not an MBA, only the eighth pass. He also drinks alcohol and has no share in family business or property.
Accused of assault and dowry harassment
The Congress MLA and all other accused are accused of assaulting, asking for a scorpio car in dowry, harassing and hiding real information and getting married. Police are preparing to issue arrest notices to all the accused in this case on Tuesday. Videos were also handed over to the police on behalf of the complainant. On the basis of which the police has registered a case. All the currents are said to be bailable.
Daughter -in -law accused
According to daughter -in -law Kamya Singh Baghel, she is 34 years old. Sheetal Singh Baghel got her married. Before marriage, it was told that husband Devendra Singh is an MBA, he has a good business. After marriage, it was found that the husband is 8th failure. They are kept away from family business, because they are drinking alcohol etc. When the husband’s truth came out, he talked to Jeth and mother -in -law about this, then he started threatening. The day came to be beaten up.
Threatened to get caught in the case
According to Kamya Singh, the husband wanted to signed divorce papers by putting pressure on. When denied, conspiracy started to be done against me. Me and my maternal grandfather were threatened to be implicated in the case of false SC-ST. Kamya alleged that he was expelled from the house. To harass, school fees of children were stopped. After this, he complained to the police station. After investigation, the police station of Bhopal has registered a case.
Police will issue notice for arrest
ACP Women’s Crime Fund Saxena said that FIR has been registered against five people including MLA Honey Singh Baghel. The case is being investigated. Notices will be issued for soon arrest.
Kamya made these allegations
Kamya has said that he was married by giving false information. When he talked against this marriage, family members started misbehaving with him and threatened so that he kept quiet. He is also beaten up daily and his children are not being paid school fees. When Kamya raised his voice, he was also expelled from the house.
Kamya also says that he was pressurized to forcefully sign the divorce papers, but they refused to do so. His maternal grandfather was also threatened with implication of false SC ST case. Till a few days ago Kamya was in Bhopal, but now she is in Kukshi in Dhar district. Kamya has also posted a video informing about the case on social media.
