The two prestigious education institutes of Chhattisgarh will work together in the fields of Indira Gandhi Agricultural University and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bhilai Education, Research and Technology Development. A five -year agreement was signed between the two institutions here today for the implementation of joint projects of students of both institutions, quality postgraduate research, faculty research and research and technology development. The MoU was signed by Dr. Girish Chandel, Vice Chancellor of Indira Gandhi Agricultural University and Dr. Rajiv Prakash, Director of Indian Institute of Technology, Bhilai. The agreement between two outstanding educational institutions of the state will give new direction to research, research, innovation and technology development in the state. On this occasion, a memorandum was also given for the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bhilai and Chhattisgarh Biotech Promotion Society for cooperation in startup incubation and technology development.
Under the agreement between Indira Gandhi Agricultural University, Raipur and Indian Institute of Technology, Bhilai, the two institutions will recognize each other to conduct postgraduate and research programs of students studying in research courses in both institutions. Both sides will also engage in joint collaborative research focused on challenging research problems, which will allow the identification of the problem, exchange of biological materials and editing research works. Research facilities and library facilities available in both institutions can also be used. Students will be exchanged for educational research and training and they will also be able to take advantage of hostel facility available in both institutions. Both institutions will also be able to use available information, scientific or technical data, technology and other information.
Under the agreement, faculty members of both institutions will also be able to edit research and research work in each other institute. Dr. G.K. Das, Dr. Vinay Pandey, founder of Agricultural Engineering College, Raipur, Dr. A.K. Dave, Indira Gandhi Agricultural University presiding student welfare Dr. Sanjay Sharma, Director Extension Dr. S.S. Tuteja, Directing area and seed Dr. Rajendra Lakpal were also present, including unique professor and scientist and professor and scientist of Indian Institute of Technology, Bhilai.
