RSS said-Ambedkar also did not approve of reservation to Muslims


The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has opposed the Karnataka government’s decision to give 4 percent reservation in contracting Muslims. RSS General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale said that religion based reservation was not accepted in the Indian Constitution, which was prepared by Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar.

Hosabale said that Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar was also not in favor of giving reservation on the basis of religion or any other on the basis of religion. Earlier, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s co -Sarkaryavah Arun Kumar gave information on the proposal passed by the All India House of Representatives on Saturday. He informed that analysis of organizational works, development, influence and change of society were discussed in the House of Representatives.

He said that the Sangh has focused on expansion and strengthening of the work in 100 years. Informed about the journey of the Sangh and kept information from a branch to gradual expansion across the country. He said that the Sangh’s goal is to be ‘all -round, omnipresent’, which will touch all aspects of society and nation. The Sangh is present in the 134 major institutions of the country today and has targeted to reach all institutions in the coming years.

Proposal on oppression of Hindus in Bangladesh

On the proposal titled ‘Call to stand in solidarity with the Hindu society of Bangladesh’ in the All India House of Representatives’, the Sangh expresses deep concern over violence, harassment and targeted harassment against Hindus and other minority communities in Bangladesh.

The proposal passed by the All India House of Representatives on the situation in Bangladesh stated that the cycle of systematic attacks, cruel killings, forced conversion and destroying Hindus on religious institutions has created a crisis of existence for the Hindu community in Bangladesh. The proposal strongly condemned these acts of religious intolerance and human rights violations and urged the global community to take decisive action.

Constant atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh

Arun Kumar said that the attacks on monasteries, temples, the impurity of deities, the loot of properties and forced conversion are condemnable, but due to institutional apathy and government inactivity, criminals have been encouraged. On the continuous decline in Hindu population in Bangladesh, Arun said that in 1951, it has come down from 22% to only 7.95% today, it reflects the seriousness of the crisis.

Arun Kumar said that the historical oppression of Hindus, especially among Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, remains a continuous issue. However, the level of organized violence and inactivity of the government is worrisome last year.
