The expansion of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural has now been reduced by the Government of India till 2028-29, under which the survey work has also started. Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Mr. Haresh Mandavi informed that the survey work has started for the selection of new eligible beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural). He informed that such people will be included in this, whose names have been released from the survey list of 2011 and 2018. CEO Mr. Mandavi also informed that the survey of eligible families in rural areas will be conducted through Housing Plus Mobile Applications.
For this, Gram Panchayat Secretary, Employment Assistant and Housing Friends have been appointed as enumerators. It was also told that if a eligible family is released from the survey, then they can complete the survey work by contacting their Gram Panchayat Secretary, Employment Assistant and Housing Friends. The District CEO informed that applicants can register themselves for housing plus 2024 survey. For this, an app called Aawaasplus 2024 can be downloaded using the Google Play Store of any Android mobile.
The criteria set for eligibility of PMAY:-
Survey work for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural has started, for this, the criteria set by the government for eligibility of family/beneficiary are as follows- Family/beneficiary should not have motorized three-wheelers/four-wheelers. There should not be a mechanized triphia/four -wheelers. There is no farmer credit card with a loan limit of 50 thousand rupees or more. Families that do not have any member government employees, the government should not have families with registered non -agricultural enterprises. Families whose members are not earning more than Rs 15,000 per month. Income tax paying families, business tax (tax) should not be a family. Also, families who do not have 2.5 acres or more irrigated land and families who do not have 05 acres or more unirrigated land.
