Mahasamund: Collector took a time limit meeting

Collector Mr. Vinay Kumar Langeh held a weekly time limit from 10 am today. During this, he reviewed the progress and work of government and departmental schemes. District Panchayat CEO Shri S. Alok, Additional Collector Mr. Ravi Kumar Sahu, Mr. Ravi Raj Thakur, Sub -Divisional Officer Revenue and District Level Officer were present and other development officers were connected through VC.
Collector Shri Langeh, taking information about the farmer registration, said that necessary speed should be increased. He has given instructions for registration through CSC and Cooperative Societies in Farmer Registry App/Portal under Agritionch Project of Farmers. He informed that farmers themselves can register themselves through Agritech app. Similarly, he reviewed the progress of paddy lifting. The remaining one lakh 10 thousand quintals of paddy have been instructed to lift till March 13. In the meeting, instructions have been given to make necessary efforts for the E KYC of the ration card. The food officer said that the time limit for the ration card e 31 March is set for E KYC. He has directed to take action on any type of copying case in the current board examinations.
The Collector has given instructions to conduct more and more surveys in the survey work being conducted under the cleanliness survey in urban bodies. Instructions have been given to set up special camps for families whose Aadhaar card is not made under the Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana. Instructions have been given to the Health Department to continuously efforts for the protection and treatment of all the patients identified under the Pidhaya Niramay Yojana. Similarly, under the Jal Shakti Abhiyan, it has been said to upload photos of various water sources. Similarly, the construction agency has been instructed to make pending payments before 20 March. He said that the concerned agency should also obtain a full certificate. Instructions have been given to subdivisional officers to prevent the vehicle parked on both sides of the road near Mahasamund and Bagbahara FCI. Similarly, the Food Safety and Drug Administration has been instructed to take samples continuously by continuously inspecting sweets and food items in view of the festival.
In the meeting, the Collector reviewed and directed to resolve the pending cases on the time limit. Apart from this, PM Housing, PM Janman, Caste Certificate, Ayushman Card etc. have been reviewed and instructed to expedite it. Taking seriously the letters received from the Honorable High Court and various commissions, he directed to respond within the time limit. Apart from this, instructions were given to resolve quality demands and complaints received in Chief Minister Janadarshan, Collector Jan Chaupal, public problems redressal camp within a week.
During the meeting, the Herbal Gulal Collector and senior officials being formed by Durga Women’s Self Help Group Bhoring were presented. The Collector also appealed to all ordinary citizens to use herbal gulal and buy women self -help groups while paying the amount.
