Action will be taken on the suggestions in the meeting of the counselor committee: Energy Minister Tomar

Energy Minister Shri Pradyuman Singh Tomar has said that necessary action will be taken on the suggestions given by the legislators in the meeting of the Consultative Committee of the Department of Energy. He said that the guidance of all will prove useful for the department.

Energy Minister Shri Tomar said that division -wise review of RDSS scheme will be reviewed. MLAs will also be added online in the review. He said that giving meter -based connections will be considered. Minister Shri Tomar said that the Energy Department is number one in solving the problems faced by the CM helpline. He informed that adequate electricity is available to meet the continuous increasing demand for electricity in agriculture and other areas in the state.

Additional Chief Secretary Energy Mr. Neeraj Mandloi gave information about the work done by the department in the last one year. He informed that the state’s share in Madhya Pradesh is currently 23 thousand 788 MW. In the last 5 years, per capita power consumption in the state has increased from 1086 units to 1332 units. It signifies the development of the state.

In the meeting, Tikamgarh MLA Mr. Yadavindra Singh, Katangi MLA Mr. Gaurav Singh Pardhi, Pipariya MLA Shri Thakurdas Nagvanshi and Kalapipal MLA Mr. Ghanshyam Chandravanshi gave important suggestions regarding improvement in the works of Energy Department. He also informed about regional problems.

Deputy Secretary Energy Shri Mandar Puranik gave detailed information about the progress of departmental schemes from Power Point Presentation. MD Central Region Electricity Distribution Company Mr. Kshitij Singhal and other officials were present on the occasion.
