According to the government ‘Korean Central News Agency’ (KCNA), in a speech given on the 77th foundation day of the Korean People’s Army on Saturday, Kim said that under American conspiracy to create a regional military organization like North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Established US-Japan-South Korea Tripartial Security Partnership is creating military imbalance in the Korean peninsula. He said that this partnership is creating a serious challenge for the security situation of our country.
According to KCNA, he once again clarified the policy of moving on the nuclear program, referring to new plans to strengthen all resistance systems including nuclear powers.
