In Dhamtari, a student attacked his teachers, leaving them seriously injured. The student studies in 11th class and was angry at the teacher for refusing to bring his phone to school. The condition of a teacher is critical, the student is being searched.
An 11th class student, who was going home from school after the holidays, attacked one of his teachers with a sharp weapon on his neck, due to which he got badly injured. After the attack, the student also attacked another teacher who came to his rescue. He attacked and ran away. This incident created an outcry among the students in the school premises.
Other teachers of the school took the injured teachers to the district hospital by vehicle for immediate treatment, where seeing the serious condition of one teacher, he was referred for better treatment. The treatment of the second teacher is ongoing. After getting information about the incident, the police started arresting the student.

According to City Kotwali in-charge Rajesh Marai, school was closed in the afternoon on December 5 at Sarvadaya School run on Ratnabandha Road, Dhamtari city. Students were boarding the bus to go home from school. Meanwhile, a class 11th student attacked the teacher Junaid Ahmed (35 years) standing there with a sharp weapon on his neck.
The teacher who came to rescue him was also left bleeding.
The teacher was drenched in blood from the attack. Seeing the incident, another teacher Kulpreet Singh tried to intervene, but the student also hit him and injured him. After the incident, there was an outcry in the crowd of students after seeing both the teachers soaked in blood. After injuring the teachers the student fled from there.
A teacher’s condition is critical
When other teachers of the school and the school management came to know about the incident, both the injured teachers were immediately brought to the District Hospital Dhamtari for treatment, where the doctors treated them.
Dr. Akhilesh Dewangan, who is treating him, said that the condition of teacher Junaid Ahmed is serious, he has been referred for better treatment. Teacher Kulpreet Singh is being treated. As soon as the news of the incident was received, the City Kotwali police team reached the incident site, Sarvadaya English Medium School and started investigation.
There was a dispute over not coming to school with a mobile phone.
Police station in-charge Rajesh Marai said that the teacher had told the student not to bring his mobile to school, due to which the student was angry. Due to this matter the student has committed the incident. The police is busy catching the student who attacked the teachers. After this incident, there is panic among teachers of other schools.
