In Madhya Pradesh, the morale of criminals has become so high that they are not understanding even the police. This is proved by the assault on the ASI who had come to investigate at the dhaba in Sonakutch near Dewas. However, now it is the police’s turn to take action. Sections have been increased against criminals.
On Saturday night, accused Suresh Bargunda and two other accused attacked ASI Judge Singh Arora during investigation at Sairaj Dhaba located on Bhopal-Indore Highway. The ASI is badly injured after the attack with a bar and his treatment is going on.
Meanwhile, the administration has started action. The accused were arrested at the same time. Now, due to serious injury to ASI Arora, the police has increased section 121 (2) of BNS in the case.
On Monday, the Tehsildar reached the spot with the team and measured the land of Sairaj Dhaba. Besides, nearby Dhaba operators have also been instructed to remove encroachments. Probably the administration is preparing to take major action.
It is noteworthy that the accused had not only obstructed the government work but had also assaulted the police officer in uniform while on duty. The accused will be presented in the court and remand will be sought.
Hooliganism during investigation in dhaba, ASI admitted to district hospital
- On Saturday night, on the instructions of a higher official, the ASI, who had come to investigate illegal activities at the dhaba, was attacked by the dhaba operator and his associates, saying that they would not allow the investigation to be done.
- ASI Judge Singh Arora had gone to Dewas on official work. While returning to the police station, I received information on my mobile phone that a senior officer had ordered to investigate the illegal premises running in and around the liquor shop.
- After this Arora reached Sairaj Dhaba with his driver Ankit Solanki. Dhaba operator Suresh Burgunda, his associates Sachin Burgunda and Raj Baganiya abused the ASI and said – How did you come to check our dhaba.
- Meanwhile, Suresh took out bars from inside the dhaba and started beating him and said – The policemen are troubling you a lot, tell Sardar today, then no policeman will come here.
- Sachin pulled the ASI’s turban and threw it on the ground. Sachin picked up the glass jar kept in the shop and hit it on the ASI, due to which he was saved. They were beaten with kicks, punches and iron rods.
- When driver Solanki came to intervene, the accused ran to kill him too. The ASI sustained injuries on both his legs, back and face in the attack and is undergoing treatment in the district hospital.
