Diamond auction will be held in Panna for 3 days from 4th December. It will have 127 diamonds and five big diamonds as special attractions. Arrangements for security and special lenses have been made for the traders in the auction. The successful trader will get 11% government fee deducted.
Diamond market is going to be decorated once again in Heera Nagar Panna. This year too, like every year, auction of diamonds will be organized for 3 days from 4th December at Panna’s Collectorate building. Diamond traders from across the country will participate in this auction, where 127 diamonds of different sizes and types will be put up for sale. The estimated value of these diamonds has been said to be Rs 4 crore 17 lakh 49 thousand 726.
Everyone’s eyes will be on five major diamonds
Five major diamonds will be the center of attraction in the auction. The largest diamond among these is of 32.80 carats, while the other big diamonds are of 19.22 carats, 16.10 carats, 6.97 carats and 6.65 carats respectively. Traders will keep an eye on these diamonds. This time a total of 313 carat diamonds will be put in the auction.
special attention to security
Diamond inspector Nutan Jain informed that special care has been taken for security in the auction. Special lenses have been provided for traders during the auction process so that they can easily examine the diamonds. The auction process will take place from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, after which the bidding process will begin after half an hour of lunch.

11% amount will be deposited in government revenue
At the end of the auction, any trader who buys the diamonds by making a successful bid will have to deposit 11% of the total amount in the government’s revenue, while the rest of the amount will go directly into the account of the diamond owner.
