Joint Collector Iqbal Mohammad said that Rajesh Sorte had applied for leave till November 30 even before the FIR was registered, since then he is not coming to the office. According to the information, an FIR of rape has been registered against Deputy Collector Rajesh Sorte on November 14 in Pachor police station of Rajgarh district. A woman had complained against him on October 25 but the police did not register the case. Due to this, the victim had lodged an e-FIR on the portal on November 14. Let us tell you that an anticipatory bail petition was filed in the Sarangpur Court on behalf of the Deputy Collector. Which was rejected by the court.
Chamber empty, work assigned to someone else

In this, he had demanded suspension of the Deputy Collector by conducting a departmental inquiry for violating the Civil Services Conduct Act. Meanwhile, Singh has written another letter to the Rajgarh Superintendent of Police. In this, complaining that sections were not imposed as per the statement of the victim, a demand was made to increase the sections as per the rules.
