Congress reaches Madhya Pradesh High Court to end Nirmala Sapre’s assembly membership


Leader of Opposition in Madhya Pradesh Assembly Umang Singhar has filed a petition in the Indore bench of the High Court to cancel the membership of Bina MLA Nirmala Sapre. Congress has already made it clear that they will not make Sapre sit with them in the opposition in the assembly session.

Congress has reached Madhya Pradesh High Court to get the assembly membership of MLA from Bina assembly constituency Nirmala Sapre terminated. Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Umang Singhar has filed a petition regarding this in the Indore bench of the High Court.

Meanwhile, newly elected MLA from Vijaypur Mukesh Malhotra reached the Congress office today. During this, State Congress President Jitu Patwari welcomed him. During this time, former MLA Satyapal Singh Sikarwar was also welcomed, the command of Vijaypur elections was in his hands. Congress leaders say that if elections are held in Bina like Vijaypur, then Congress will win.

Congress will not seat Nirmala

Congress has already made it clear that they will not field Bina MLA Nirmala Sapre with them. Congress has accepted the fact that she is now a member of BJP. She has also attended BJP meetings.

The winter session of the Assembly is going to start from December 16, in which Congress members will not make Nirmala sit with them in the opposition. Along with this, Nirmala Sapre will not be invited to the legislative party meeting to be held on December 15 before the assembly session.
