People were seen hiding in warm clothes to save themselves from the cold, but to keep the air quality better, the Municipal Corporation will not light bonfires this time. This is being done to keep the 100-day air quality program good in winter.

According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum night temperature is expected to fall further during the next 24 hours. The temperature can go down to seven to eight degrees Celsius. However, the maximum temperature of the day is expected to remain around 27 degrees.
