In honor of the Kotwars of the district, the administration and police organized a felicitation ceremony, in which the Collector and SP not only appreciated the alertness and active role of the Kotwars, but also honored them by encouraging them by giving them shawls, quince and certificates. During this, the Kotwars also presented songs and music. Kotwar Sundar Das of village Suretha sang the song “Aisi Laagi Lagan” while playing harmonium and Tehsildar Atul Vaishnav of Sargaon accompanied on “Tabla”.

Seeing the musical atmosphere, Collector Rahul Dev and SP Bhojram Patel also could not stop themselves and sat with them and enjoyed the melodious songs and music. Similarly, Kotwar Sangh President Santosh Manikpuri gave a captivating presentation on “Jai Chhattisgarh Geet”.

Law and order is important to curb illegal activities anywhere. Along with this, your role is important in strengthening the law and order. He encouraged the Kotwars to conduct the upcoming Panchayat elections in a free, fair and peaceful manner.

Superintendent of Police Bhojram Patel said that Kotwar and administration are like a garland. The Kotwars have information about everything, happiness, sorrow and respect of the village. You should keep accurate and complete information about your village. Work while maintaining the dignity of your post. If any unknown person is coming to the village, inform the police and administration. Live life beautifully and act as a protective shield for the village. He appealed to be aware and alert about cyber fraud.
