Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma is the first minister of Chhattisgarh government who reached this remote village. During this, a public problem resolution camp was organized in Palanar, in which stalls were set up by departmental officials to benefit people with all the ambitious schemes of the government including ration card, Aadhaar card, Ayushman card, forest rights certificate, Mahtari Vandan Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, Kisan Credit Card.
Deputy Chief Minister, Home Minister and Panchayat and Rural Development Minister of Chhattisgarh Government, Vijay Sharma, thoroughly inspected all the stalls and took information about the beneficiaries benefiting from the departmental schemes. He became aware of the problems of the beneficiaries present on the spot after necessary discussions and gave guidelines to the concerned departmental officers for redressal of the issues. During this, on receiving information from a villager that his caste certificate was not made, he directed SDM Bijapur to make the caste certificate. While observing the process of opening savings account by the post office, he gave instructions to make money accessible to the villagers through Bank Sakhi or other means at Palanar and asked to appoint Bank Sakhi.
In the primary school of Palanar, the school children were taught A, Aa, I, E. They were asked to write the names of their parents and were encouraged to study diligently. After this, he sat on the ground under a mango tree and listened to the problems of the villagers of Palanar, Todka, Sawanar, Padeda and Gangaloor, taking the children in his lap and came face to face with the problems of the villagers. The villagers present there demanded basic facilities like electricity, water, ration shop, road, on which Minister Shri Sharma said that basic facilities are your right. Our government is committed to providing all types of facilities including good education, better health, so take full advantage of all the schemes of the government and provide good education and better standard of living to your children, so that they can develop themselves all-round by dedicating themselves to the country, society and family.
He said that the tribal society has been exploited for years by bearing the brunt of Maoism. Now awareness is coming. Our government’s intention is that like the general area, the children of these remote areas should also study and make a better future for themselves. While announcing to provide TVs in all the localities of Palanar, he gave instructions to provide solar systems and TV sets. Under the Niyad Nellnar scheme, road and electricity work is in progress in Palanar. School Anganwadis are being run there. Under the Niyad Nellnar scheme, the villagers are getting pure drinking water from hand pumps. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma said that basic facilities are increasing due to the establishment of security camps, due to which a wave of happiness can be clearly seen among the villagers.
With the availability of basic amenities in the interior areas of tribal-dominated Bijapur, the trust of the villagers towards the administration seems to be increasing. They have now started telling their problems prominently. Certainly, now the sunrise of good governance is happening in remote areas. Deputy Chief Minister Sharma also showed the video of the children of Silger to the villagers and told that our Bijapur children came to Raipur and met the Chief Minister, visited Naya Raipur, shopping malls in new surroundings and their enthusiasm was seen by visiting the capital of Chhattisgarh. During this, the villagers present were also invited to come to Raipur. During this, Collector Anurag Pandey told that under the ambitious scheme of Chhattisgarh Government, Niyad Nellnar, the departmental staff of the district administration is actively fulfilling its responsibility to provide basic amenities in 33 villages near the security camps.

Organising medical camps
The 222nd Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) organised a medical camp in which health services were provided to hundreds of villagers. The camp also included health check-ups, distribution of free medicines and awareness programmes which helped the villagers on health-related issues.
