The Postal Department has started a special initiative on the festival of Rakhi, the sacred relationship between brother and sister. The Postal Department has released a water proof envelope, which will keep the Rakhi safe even if it gets wet.

This envelope is different from other envelopes, so the postman will not have any problem in identifying this envelope and Rakhi will be able to reach India and abroad on time before the holy festival of Raksha Bandhan. Guna Division Postal Superintendent Vinay Srivastava told about the envelope that special waterproof envelopes have been sent to Guna Postal Division by the Government of India, so that sisters can send Rakhi safely to their brothers in the rainy season on the festival of Raksha Bandhan.

With the help of this envelope, sisters can send Rakhis to their brothers across the country and abroad. Rakhis will not be affected even during the rainy season and sisters’ Rakhis will be able to reach their brothers living far away safely. Special arrangements have also been made by the postal department for sending Rakhis.
