Deputy Chief Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla said that in the right time of cancer, complete diagnosis on examination is easily possible. He said that there is no shortage of economic resources today under the glorious leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Medical institutions are being upgraded. Availability of state -of -the -art equipment is being ensured along with infrastructure development. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla addressed the 2 -day peliative care training program held in AIIMS Bhopal on World Cancer Day.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla said that to make the diagnosis of cancer comfortable and accessible, a historical provision has been made to build a cancer care center in every district. Along with this, provisions have been made to provide cancer medicines at affordable rates. Every citizen from Ayushman Bharat Yojana is able to receive high level medical services easily. Healthy India is an important dimension in the vision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. For this, the central and state governments are making efforts with full dedication. Health man-power has an important role to realize it. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla said that the responsibility of the doctor is not limited to treatment only. With treatment and after treatment, the patient can get mental and emotional support from the doctor or hospital staff, it helps to further speed up its recovery. He called upon the present doctors and nursing officers to take full advantage of training.

Work is being done on “Test and Treat” concept for better management of non -optional diseases
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla said that efforts are being made to ensure availability of advanced health facilities in every region of the state. Efforts are being made to provide facilities like line, stomach scan, brake therapy air cath lab in divisional headquarters in medical colleges, so that proper diagnosis can be made for proper diagnosis of heart disease, cancer. He said that for better management of these diseases, work is being done on “Test and Treat” concept. He called upon health officials and personnel to work with full dedication in mission mode. Madhya Pradesh will soon become a leading state in health standards with dedicated efforts with resources. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla appreciated the commitment of medical and assistant medical staff who played an important role in the protection of valuable life by creating a green corridor in Jabalpur, Bhopal and Indore last day. He said that with such dedicated efforts, the value of medical personnel increases and they do justice with their prestigious places in the society. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla honored the master trainer and resource person who provided training.

Chairman AIIMS Prof. Dr. Sunil Malik highlighted various dimensions and importance of Peliative Care. Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Prabhakar Tiwari gave brief information about the increasing pressure and efforts being made for management. He informed that the 2 -day training program has been organized under the joint aegis of National Health Mission and AIIMS. Senior physicians, professors and subject experts of AIIMS gave detailed information to the doctors and nursing officers of the responsibilities and responsibilities of pelletic care.
