Chhattisgarh-With digital agriculture, all the work will be done at home, farmers will get benefit from Agristech project.

Chhattisgarh is now moving towards digital agriculture. Digital agriculture will be promoted under the Agristack project. Agristack project is being operated to promote digital agriculture keeping in mind the interests of the farmers of the state. Under this, work of geo-refreshing survey map of the village, revenue related rights records and digital crop survey is being done.

Under the Pilot Project, work is going on to prepare maps in 20 districts by surveying them using geo-referencing technology. Till now this work has been completed in 10 thousand 243 villages. Revenue Minister Tankram Verma said that under the Agristech project in Chhattisgarh, digital crop survey is being completed in three districts. Crop survey is also being conducted in each tehsil of 16 districts. In the coming days, digital crop survey work will be done in all the districts of the state. Farmers are being registered in this project. Through this, farmers will get the benefits of central and state government schemes in a transparent manner. Farmers and youth themselves will be able to register through the mobile app. Apart from this, Patwari will be able to do through Common Service Center and website. A rate of Rs 15 has been fixed for each e-KYC at the Common Service Center for farmer registration.

A digital ecosystem for farmers. With this, farmers will get many types of facilities. Cheap credit, good quality agricultural inputs, local advice, easy access to markets will help governments formulate and implement schemes for farmers. Under Agristech, all the information of farmers will be collected at one place. This will include their identity, land records, income, insurance, loans, crop details and revenue history. For identification of farmers, they will be given a digital ID, which will work like Aadhaar card. This ID will contain many types of data related to farmers.
