Chief Minister Sai said that the humanitarian campaigns of the state government like \u201cSurrender and Rehabilitation Policy 2025\u201d and \u201cPoona Margame: Rehabilitation to Rejuvenation\u201d have lit the lamp of hope in the hearts of those who had once strayed on the path of red terror.<\/p>\n
Chief Minister Sai said that today 16 Maoist cadres in Narayanpur district have taken a bold decision to leave the path of violence and return to the mainstream. A total reward of \u20b948 lakh was declared on these cadres who surrendered. He has now chosen a new path of peace, education and a dignified life.<\/p>\n
Chief Minister Sai said that people’s confidence in the policies of the state government has increased and the determination of the security forces has established an environment of development and trust.<\/p>\n
Chief Minister Sai said that in the last 20 months, a total of 1,837 Maoists have left the path of violence and joined the mainstream. This change is a testimony to the fact that the policies of the \u201cDouble Engine Government\u201d are not only bringing peace but are also taking Bastar towards a new era.<\/p>\n
