Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Minister Lakshmi Rajwade, who reached the tour of Manendragarh-Chirmi-Bharatpur district, introduced both sensitivity and strictness in a single day. While he gave a gift of Rs 20 lakh to the blind and disabled children, in the departmental review meeting, strict instructions were issued to the officials on the negligence of Anganwadi centers.<\/p>\n

Minister Rajwade received a traditional reception after reaching the visually impaired and disabled teaching school in Amakherwa. The children captivated everyone with music and art presentations. On this occasion, the institution made several demands including building repair, maintenance and honorarium of employees.<\/p>\n

Minister Lakshmi Rajwade appreciated the talent of the children and said that the disabled children are the real heritage of the society, to grooming their future is the highest priority of the government. He immediately announced to approve a assistance of Rs 20 lakh and assured to take early action on other demands.<\/p>\n

In a review meeting held at the Collectorate Hall, Minister Rajwade said that Anganwadi centers are not only buildings, but the foundation of the future of children. He directed that all Anganwadi centers should open and close on time. Cleanliness should be the highest priority in the centers so that there is no danger of any kind. Nutrition should be taken care of in children’s food, Munga leaf should be included 2-4 times a week and warned the supervisors that the responsibility will be fixed in inspection.<\/p>\n

In the meeting, the minister emphasized the correct implementation of Chief Minister Kanya Vivah Yojana, Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao, Mahtari Vandan Yojana and Women Fund Loan Schemes. He said that their benefits should only reach the eligible beneficiaries.<\/p>\n

Minister Rajwade said that the dream of developed Chhattisgarh will come true only when we will bring positive changes in the lives of children, women and disabled. The real benefit of every scheme of the government is our commitment to reach the last line person.<\/p>\n
