Prime Minister Narendra Modi transferred more than 9.7 crore farmers from Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh) to their accounts directly to their accounts through DBT through DBT as the 20th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. On this occasion, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai joined the program of the state through virtual medium with farmers of the state from the auditorium of horticulture and forestry university at Raipur.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Prime Minister said that the government is also investing largely on irrigation schemes so that water can reach the fields and increase in production. With the aim of giving relief to farmers from natural disasters, the Pradhan Mantri Crop Insurance Scheme is operated, which works to rescue them from crisis. Emphasizing the economic empowerment of women, the Prime Minister said that more than 1.5 crore women have become millionaires and we have completed half of the target of 3 crores.<\/span><\/p>\n

Farmers of Chhattisgarh get more than 553 crores<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai wished Lord Mahadev for the sustainable welfare, prosperity and prosperity of Chhattisgarh, wishing the people of the holy Shravan month. He said that more than 25 lakh farmers of Chhattisgarh have received an amount of Rs 553 crore 34 lakh from the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Chief Minister said that our government is continuously working for the progress of farmers according to Modi’s guarantee. We have fulfilled the promise we promised to the farmers. Today, in Chhattisgarh, farmers are being given the price of paddy at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal, which is further strengthening their income.<\/span><\/p>\n

He said that within ten days of the formation of the government, we strengthened the trust of the farmers by paying a 2 -year outstanding bonus amount of Rs 3716 crore. The Kisan Credit Card Scheme started under the leadership of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, which converted farming and farming into a profitable business. The Chief Minister said that earlier farmers used to do farming by borrowing at heavy interest rates, but today KCC is getting loans at zero interest rate, which has made farming and farming easier.<\/span><\/p>\n

CM told the welfare schemes of the government<\/h3>\n

The Chief Minister said that fast work is being done to increase the area under irrigation. Sai said that a provision of Rs 10,000 has been provided to encourage pulses-oil crops. Also, a assistance of Rs 10,000 is being provided to landless agricultural laborers.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Chief Minister said that the government is not only farming, but also in empowering assistant agricultural works like fisheries, milk production and animal husbandry. Million Animal Distribution Scheme has been started from 6 districts of the state as a pilot project, which is being implemented through the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB). This will increase the production of milk and farmers will get a reasonable price.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sai said that steps are being taken to provide better prices in the market by promoting the cultivation of traditional crops like Millets (Sri Ann), Kodo, Kutki and Ragi. The farmers of Chhattisgarh will get direct benefit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rich and happy farmers, the basis of developed Chhattisgarh<\/h3>\n

Addressing the program, Union Minister of State Tokhan Sahu said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our government is constantly transferring the amount directly to the farmers under this scheme. He said on this occasion that under the leadership of Narendra Modi ji, paved roads have been built in every village. Through the Kisan Credit Card, now the farmers are getting short -term loans available without interest. Our government has worked for the betterment of farmers by bringing many schemes to the ground.<\/span><\/p>\n

Agriculture Development and Farmers Welfare Minister Ramvichar Netam said that today under this scheme, the amount of 20th installment through DBT in the accounts of more than 25.47 lakh farmers of Chhattisgarh has been transferred to Rs 553 crore 34 lakh.<\/span><\/p>\n

He said that Vishnudev Sai Sarkar of Chhattisgarh is giving a new direction to farming using modern agricultural equipment and techniques with the hypothesis of Jai-Jawan, Jai-Kisan, Jai-Vigyan and Jai-research. He said that largely developed Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan was conducted in the state. In this campaign, agricultural scientists, officers and employees met more than one lakh farmers and informed about the methods of farming and farming.<\/span><\/p>\n
