Congress MLA accused of assault\n<\/p>\n

A youth working at a farmhouse located in Chorhata police station area of Rewa district has seriously accused Semaria MLA Abhay Mishra and his associates of assault. The victim youth Abhishek Tiwari says that he was working in the MLA’s farmhouse for the last one year and when he demanded a salary for not getting salary for the last three months, he was badly assaulted.<\/p>\n

Abhishek alleged that on asking for salary, the MLA called him to his office where the MLA and his close attacked him. After this, he was held hostage in the farmhouse. After getting the opportunity, he somehow ran away and reached the police station but the police did not register his complaint. After this incident, former MLA KP Tripathi and his supporters reached the police station and created a ruckus demanding action.<\/p>\n

There was also a fierce debate between the police and the former MLA. The situation reached such a way that the policemen had to explain with folded hands. As the pressure increased, the police registered a case against five people including Semaria MLA Abhay Mishra under sections of assault and started investigation.<\/p>\n

MLA denied allegations outright<\/h3>\n

In this case, MLA Abhay Mishra has dismissed the allegations against himself. He called it a political conspiracy and said that his name is being deliberately dragged into controversy. According to him, Abhishek used to come for work occasionally and there was a dispute between the staff recently. Which he tried to resolve. The MLA says that he did not beat anyone.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that a few days ago a person had filed a complaint with the Civil Line police station by alleging Abhishek Tiwari who has filed this complaint.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
