Unidentified cyber thugs have cheated about Rs 90 lakh from Maya Tiwari, deputy director posted in the Directorate of Economic and Statistics. This entire fraud was carried out by a female thug as a Facebook friend.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>According to the information received, Maya Tiwari was acquainted with a woman named Zara Ali Khan on Facebook. As the conversation increased, the woman lured her to invest in an online trading company called “Bull Markets Your Gateways”. Lakhs of rupees were deposited in different bank accounts by luring them to get more profits.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3><strong>Defeated 90 lakhs <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The deputy director came into the bluff and transferred more than 90 lakh rupees to various bank accounts in several times. When he was in doubt, he asked for money returns. The woman refused to give.<\/p>\n<p>On the complaint of the victim, Rakhi police station has registered a case against unknown accused and started investigation. The police is now investigating these bank accounts and social media profiles.<\/p>\n<p>Significantly, online and cyber fraud cases in the state have become a big challenge for governance and administration. Even during the monsoon session, the case of online fraud had arisen.
