The much awaited metro train of the capital has now gained momentum. High-speed trials of the metro have started in the city, in which the metro train has run on the track at a speed of 90 km per hour. The test is being conducted on the 6.22 km long corridor from Subhash Nagar to AIIMS.<\/p>\n<h3>Trial from Subhash Nagar to AIIMS<\/h3>\n<p>This entire track is an important part of the first phase of Bhopal Metro Trial Update. Technical tests are being done on this route to ensure that regular service of the metro can be run safely at this high speed in future. Even after the commencement of commercial operation, the metro is expected to run at the same pace, which will give a fast and convenient journey to the passengers.<\/p>\n<h3>First time at full speed<\/h3>\n<p>This trial of Bhopal Metro Trial Update is also special because for the first time testing is being done at such a high speed. Earlier low-speed trials were done. But now that the train is running at a speed of 90 km\/h, it shows that the Metro has reached a step closer to its launch.<\/p>\n<h3>Passengers will get fast, safe journey<\/h3>\n<p>The goal of Bhopal Metro Trial Update is to give the city dwellers reliable, safe and timely saving transport options. The fast speed of the metro will not only reduce the travel time, but will also get relief from the congestion of traffic.<\/p>\n<h3>Commercial runs expected to start soon<\/h3>\n<p>If the trial is successful, then the commercial run of the metro may also start soon.
