After the pair returned to the pavilion, Abhigyan Kundu (90 off 95 balls) and Rahul Kumar (85 from 81 balls) missed out on completing their respective centuries, but he bats offered to close the team to close to 400 runs. Both added 179 runs in just 27.4 overs for the fifth wicket. While Kundu hit 10 fours and a six, Kumar performed more aggressively with 14 fours and a six.<\/p>\n
