The person seen in the viral video is Vijay Singh Solanki.<\/p>\n

Vijay Singh Solanki is a resident of Indore. Vijay has in -laws in Ujjain. In 2009, his daughter was born in Charak Hospital. The daughter has a birth certificate, but due to her not being named on this certificate, there is a lot of trouble in the school. The name of the daughter should be recorded in the birth certificate, so Vijay Singh was traveling around Ujjain Municipal Corporation and Charak Hospital for the last several days.<\/p>\n
