In view of the seriousness of the case, the High Court has rejected two petitions filed to cancel the FIR lodged in the case.<\/p>\n<p>The Division Bench of Chief Justice Rakesh Sinha has rejected the petition seeking the cancellation of the FIR filed against themselves by the professors. On the complaint of the students, a case has been registered against the university teachers under sections 190,196 (1) (b), 197 (1) (b), 197 (1) (1) (C), 29,302 and others in Kota police station.<\/p>\n<p>Please tell that the NSS unit at Central University had installed a camp in Shivatrai village from March 26 to April 1, 2025.
