The order has been issued that the documents in the cases in the tribunal will be accepted only in English. Moreover, in cases of filing and lobbying a case, the related documents will also have to be translated into English.<\/p>\n<p>This order of the GST Tribunal has erupted dissatisfaction. Tax professionals are clearly saying that there is a conspiracy to expensive justice by excluding Hindi and regional language in tax disputes and to remove the common businessman from the judicial process.<br \/>Documents can only be introduced in English<\/p>\n<p>GST tribunal has been arranged to resolve GST tax disputes like income tax. GST came into force in 2017 but has not yet been the tribunal, only the notification was issued. After the notification of the establishment, the government has now issued a new notification that documents will be presented only in English in cases going to the tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>If a document is done in other language, it will have to be translated into English. According to Ramesh Khandelwal, president of Ahilya Chamber of Commerce, Ramesh Khandelwal protested in the meeting of National Traders Welfare Board to be held in Delhi on 20 May. <strong>Will go<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Three languages \u200b\u200bshould be recognized<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When the GST system was implemented in 2017, the government had made all the announcements to make this system accessible. According to tax advisor RS Goyal, it was announced that the GST portal would work in 18 languages.<\/p>\n<p>That has not happened, now Hindi has also been settled in the tribunal. Chartered Accountant SN Goyal says Hindi documents are also validated in the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.
