It will come in SE and XSE grades in the US and the price can start from about \\ $ 42,000.<\/p>\n<h3>People waiting for Maruti, <strong>Toyota C-HR-Ev<\/strong> Killed<\/h3>\n<p>When all eyes were on the Indian automobile market on Maruti&#8217;s first electric SUV, Toyota quietly launched its powerful electric SUV 2026 Toyota C-HR in the US. This SUV is not only powerful, but is also very advanced in terms of technology, design and features.<\/p>\n<h3>Electric journey and bev portfolio of Toyota<\/h3>\n<p>Toyota is already selling several hybrid cars in the US market. It has a dual-motor all-wheel drive (AWD) setup, which gives a combined output of 338 horsepower. The company claims that this SUV can catch a speed of 0 to 100 km\/h in just 5 seconds.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Toyota C-HR-Ev<\/strong>: Fast charging and smart features<\/h3>\n<p>The Toyota C-HR EV is equipped with an 11 kW on-board AC charger. It has a NACS charging port, so that level-3 DC fast charging is also possible. With this, the car can be charged from 10% to 80% in just 30 minutes. It also supports level one and level to charging.<\/p>\n<h3>Climate Friendly Battery Technology<\/h3>\n<p>In order to maintain battery performance in cold weather, it has a battery pre-conditioning system. This system works in both manual and automatic mode and makes fast charging more effective.<\/p>\n<h3>Interior and Features: Luxury and Technology Mail<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Se Trim features features such as 18-inch wheels, powered tailgate, roof rail, panoramic sunroof, heated seats and steering wheels.<\/li>\n<li>It also includes 14-inch touchscreen, wireless charger and USB type-C port.<\/li>\n<li>The XSE trim has advance features such as 20-inch wheels, 8-way power passenger seat, driver memory function, traffic jam assist, lane change assist and panoramic view monitor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Also topped in terms of security<\/h3>\n<p>The Toyota C-HR has features like front and rear parking assist, blind spot monitor, automatic braking.<br \/>Also, all variants have Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 standard, which comes with a long list of Advance Driver Assistance System (ADAS).<\/p>\n<h3>Audio and connectivity<\/h3>\n<p>All trims of C-HR provide a 9 speaker JBL premium audio system. This gives users a great music experience, as well as makes multimedia and navigation more convenient.<\/p>\n<h3>Price and availability<\/h3>\n<p>The price of Toyota C-HR EV can start at about $ 42,000 (about 36 lakh rupees) in the US. Its sale is expected to start from 2026.<\/p>\n<h3>Expectations about launch in India<\/h3>\n<p>Although this model has not been confirmed in India, it is being speculated that after Maruti E-Vitara, Toyota can also introduce its electric SUV on this platform in India.
