Chhattisgarh has collected GST of 4,135 crores and has made its place in the list of top 15 states of the country. In terms of GST collection, Chhattisgarh has also surpassed states like Kerala, Punjab, Bihar and Jharkhand full of mineral resources.<\/p>\n<p>On this economic progress in the state, experts believe that this achievement is a result of strong reforms made by the Government of Chhattisgarh in the business and industry sector. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the state government has taken many such decisions in the last 15 months, which have boosted investment and business.<\/p>\n<p>Simplification of industry and trade rules in major reforms made by the government,<br \/>The termination of non-essential and obstructing laws, online availability of all essential services, eliminating the obligation of license to open petrol pumps and simplifying the process for installation of industries.<\/p>\n<p>All these initiatives have encouraged industry and business activities in the state, which has strengthened the state&#8217;s economy and is continuously increasing the revenue collection.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has said that it is our goal to make Chhattisgarh a self -sufficient and prosperous state.
