New Delhi<\/strong><\/p>\nPrime Minister Narendra Modi has canceled the upcoming tour of Russia. He will no longer join the Victory Parade to be held in Moscow on 9 May. Russian President Vladimir Putin’s press secretary Dimitri Peskov gave this information.<\/p>\n
However, Russia has not given the reason for the cancellation of PM Modi’s visit to Moscow. It is being said that this decision has been taken in view of the current security situation after the terrorist attack on Pahalgam. However, there is no response from India on this.<\/p>\n
Earlier this month, the Ministry of External Affairs confirmed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was invited to Russia President Vladimir Putin to attend the Victory Day Parade to be held in Russia on May 9.<\/p>\n
