Complainant Mahesh Kumar Kodwani is a businessman, originally a resident of Jabalpur and currently living in Jahangirabad Bhopal. On 5 November 2024, the complainant had complained to the Crime Branch Bhopal that an unknown person on Facebook Messenger from a fake Facebook account in the name of the capital&#8217;s Police Commissioner Harinarayan Chari Mishra cheated him of 45 thousand rupees by messaging on Messenger from a fake Facebook account in the name of the capital&#8217;s Police Commissioner Harinarayan Chari Mishra and luring him to sell old furniture at a low price.
