Once again, there is a problem in UPI (Unified Payments Interface). Due to which thousands of users are facing a lot of problems in paying payment and money. The outage has also affected Paytm and PhonePe users including Google Pay. According to the report of the Dowdatector, the number of complaints of uproar in UPI service had reached 1 thousand by 12 noon. Users also complained about this on social media.<\/p>\n
Number of complaints crossed 2 thousand<\/h3>\n
Complaints of UPI Down on Dowditector rose around 12 noon. By the time the news was written, the number of complaints had reached beyond 2 thousand. According to the live graph on the dowdatector website, Total 2,333 users have complained of UPI down till 1:01 pm.<\/p>\n
More than 80% users are getting payment problems<\/h3>\n
According to the dowdater, 81 % of the users complained about the payment. At the same time, 17 % users reported the problem in fund transfer and 2 %. According to Times Now report, this outage has affected many banks and platforms users.<\/p>\n
Third time big outage<\/h3>\n
UPI’s service had come to a standstill a few days ago, due to which users across the country were not able to do UPI transactions. On 26th of last month, UPI users had to face difficulties in transactions across the country. The reason for this was told by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) to ‘Intermittent Technical Issue’.<\/p>\n
The NPCI, which operates the UPI network, accepted the outage and the disturbances were fixed in some time. After this, again on 2 April 2025, hundreds of users reported to the UPI outage on the Dowdatector.
