Hamas has recently sent a new proposal towards Israel, in which many important conditions have been placed in the Gaza Strip to reduce the recent tension. Under this proposal, Hamas has offered prominence to the opening of the Rafa crossing and the entry of humanitarian help, as well as incorporating the expansion of the ceasefire for about two months in the Gaza Strip.
