The High Court has sent a notice to the illegally marrying institutions using the name of Arya Samaj without any affiliation. A petition has been filed in this case by the Chhattisgarh Provincial Arya Pratinidhi Sabha.<\/p>\n<p>It was informed in the petition that the Registrar, Firm and Society have registered many institutions in violation of the Chhattisgarh Society Registration Act, 1973. These institutions illegally use the word society for the purpose of earning money. The rules and principles of Arya Samaj are not followed in these institutions. There are neither havan, Satyasandha programs nor is there any priest from Gurkul.
