The court said, &#8216;Sex is not a marital duty.&#8217; Now, due to the latest decision of the court, a fresh debate has erupted on women&#8217;s rights in France. People are expressing their opinions regarding this.<\/p>\n<p>The French woman has been identified as Ms H.W., who was born in 1955. Nearly a decade after the divorce, her legal avenues were closed in France. In view of this, he approached the European Court of Human Rights in the year 2021.
