A French woman was convicted by the courts for divorce because she no longer had sex with her husband. The court said, &#8216;Sex is not a marital duty.&#8217; Now, due to the latest decision of the court, a fresh debate has erupted on women&#8217;s rights in France. People are expressing their opinions regarding this.<\/p>\n<p>The French woman has been identified as Ms H.W., who was born in 1955. Nearly a decade after the divorce, her legal avenues were closed in France. In view of this, he approached the European Court of Human Rights in the year 2021. It said in its decision that French courts had violated the woman&#8217;s right to respect for her private and family life. &#8220;In the present case, the court could not identify any reason justifying interference with sexuality,&#8221; the statement said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>refused to have sex with her husband<\/strong><br \/>According to the report, the French woman was married in the year 1984.
