With this, the way has been cleared for construction of temples in the police station premises of the state. The double bench headed by the Chief Justice made it clear that this point can be opposed by including it with the pending contempt petition against non-compliance of the order of an earlier PIL. No separate hearing is required. However, with the rejection of the PIL filed by Jabalpur advocate OP Yadav, the way has been cleared for the construction of Hanuman temple in the police station premises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SAF DGP and ADGP should follow the orders and report.<\/strong><br \/>While hearing the contempt petition, the High Court has directed Special Armed Forces (SAF) DGP Kailash Makwana and ADGP Irshad Wali to follow the previous order and submit its report. A single bench of Justice Achal Kumar Paliwal has directed the DGP to give appropriate directions to the competent authority regarding the transfer of various cadres. The court directed to take action within 30 days. The court asked the government advocate to send a copy of this order to the DGP so that its compliance can be ensured. Advocates Aseem Trivedi, Sanjay Kumar Sharma, Rohini Sharma and Vineet Tehenguria appeared on behalf of the petitioner, constable Krishna Kumar Sharma, posted in the 6th Corps. He argued that the petitioner was transferred from Tenth Corps, Visbal Sagar to Sixth Corps, Jabalpur last year.
